GRL GRP 2022 Calendar

This project was a collaboration with GRL GRP

We chose “views” for our calendar theme and were each assigned two months to design for. The subject made me think about where I’d been in April and July of 2021: Reno! Virginia City! Union Valley Reservoir! Costco! Each rectangle in the collage represents a picture taken on my phone that month. Every image is broken down into an abstract form, rearranged by the likeness of shape and color.

The final calendar was printed on the risograph with yellow, pink, and cornflower blue ink and bound with a glow-in-the-dark spiral. The first four images below are from the final product, and the last two are my original digital spread.
